We want you to be fully satisfied with OrbitCFO.AI. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use their refund request form, or contact us directly at support@orbitcfoai.com and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refund eligibility

The following conditions apply:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds apply to the first purchase of a new subscription. Subsequent renewals are eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 30 days of the renewal charge.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If you received a discount or promotional pricing, the refund will be for the amount actually paid.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until that date. If you cancel within 30 days of a new purchase or renewal, you are also eligible for a refund as described above.

Annual plan refunds

For annual plans, if you request a refund within the 30-day window, you will receive a full refund of the annual fee. After the 30-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refund processing. For more details, see Paddle's Refund Policy.
